Cristina Leone è SVP Projects, Grants and Agencies nell’ambito della Direzione Tecnica ed Innovazione di Leonardo. E’ Presidente del CTNA, Cluster Tecnologico Nazionale Aerospazio. che è un'associazione riconosciuta, cui aderiscono i 14 principali distretti aerospaziali regionali ed i maggiori soggetti industriali e della ricerca aerospaziale. Cristina Leone è stata inoltre nominata dalla Commissione Europea, DG DEFIS esperto per i temi aeronautica, spazio e difesa.
Ha iniziato la sua carriera nel settore spaziale nel 1996 presso Alenia Spazio, ricoprendo il ruolo di responsabile di apparati di telecomunicazione. Nel 1995, ha conseguito una laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica, Telerilevamento e Sistemi Radar presso l’Università di Roma “La Sapienza”.

Cristina Leone is SVP Projects, Grants and Agencies at Leonardo's Chief Technology and Innovation Office. She is President of the CTNA, National Aerospace Technology Cluster, which is the national innovation pole, recognized by Ministry of Research, which includes the 14 main regional aerospace districts and the major industrial and aerospace research entities. Cristina Leone has been nominated expert to the European Commission DG DEFIS in the field of aeronautics, space and defense. She began her career in the space sector in 1996 at Alenia Spazio, holding the position of head of telecommunications equipment. In 1995, he received a degree in Electronic Engineering, Remote Sensing and Radar Systems from the University of Rome "La Sapienza".
